2.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office.

  • Because carriers control the delivery process, ZARVANI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • However, at the sole discretion of ZARVANI, we may offer a partial refund or courtesy solution. This is not guaranteed.
